Description

The double-disc friction press machine belongs to a traditional structural form of the screw press. Its main feature is that the flywheel is driven by the friction mechanism. The drive chain of the machine is composed of a primary belt drive, orthogonal disc friction drive and spiral slider mechanism. J53 series double-disc friction press is one of the common types, it is a machine that uses the contact transmission of flywheel and friction disc and works by the principle of relative motion between screw and nut. It used for the pressing and forming of non-ferrous and ferrous metals as well as refractory materials.
